Deafheaven

I was bored, and thought I'd share something with you. This band, Deafheaven, have been active for about a year, and are already quite famous within their circles. Roads To Judah starts off easy, and as the album progresses it gets heavier and more intense. I REALLy like that.

Les Discretes

I've decided to look into blackgaze (the /mu/tant in me tells me that it isn't a genre, but it is) and this is just... wow. Though Les Discretes focus more on shoegaze/post-rock than black metal, it's still an essential. I guess it's kind of entry level as well. They've made a split with Alcest (which I havn't listened to, so I won't post it) and two tracks on a compilation CD. This is their only own release, and it's just beautiful. Imo, this is the greatest album cover of all time.

Maybe this isn't the song to represent the sound of the album, but it's still a great track.
