I was stunned when I realized that I haven't blogged about this band yet. Or any other crustcore band other than Martyrdöd. Shame on me. Seems like the ska will have to wait for a little while.
Essential Swedish d-beat crust, based in Gothenburg, playing some fast and angry shit. They started out in '94 and announced in 2007 that they were on a hiatus. In 2009 they reunited. This is a band I really hope I'll see live sometime.

Martyrdöd

Martyrdöd is a blackened(?) crust-band from Sweden, and have become almost legendary since their debut in 2005 (not sure about the year, but I think it was somewhere around there). When I first started listening to crust, I though that it was all about hate and politics. Martyrdöd proved me wrong with several songs about heartbreak and such.
