What do you mean "Haven't updated for two weeks?" Shut up...
Anyway, this band, We Made God, is awesome. I'd call them the dark twin of Sigur Rós, since they're from Iceland as well. Icelandic music tends to always turn out good, doesn't it? Anyway, this is a great mix between post-rock and post-metal, and reminds me a little of Kill My Bleeding Smie. Singing mixed with some kind of harsh screaming. The bonus track is the best in my opinion. They just released a new album, but I can't find it anywhere, and I have other things and albums to buy first. I got a download link to their EP, and I think they're on Spotify.

Kill My Bleeding Smile
Another band from Japan. Do you feel down, and hate the world? Then this is the band for you! Imagine that you've been followed by a gloomy cloud of darkness your entire life. This is probably how it feels. Though I'm not the most depressing person ever, and though I'm listening to happy indie pop right now, this is something that I really enjoy. Their s/t (which also is their only release, since they switched name and sound) is way to short, but still something I put on when it's dark and raining outside.

This is an amazing band. Awesome post-rock with singers. Found out that not only are they from Sweden, they're from Gothenburg! (guess where I go to school?) I found them at Feelings Without Colour, and they caught me right away! I love the music, I love the lyrics, everything. It's too bad that I've only heard one album, which would be their latest one. They've made a few releases since they started out in 2003. Anyway, check these guys out!

yndi halda
This is an uncomparable band. This is the band that brought post-rock to my heart (and knowledge).
yndi halda is an English band that creates wonderful songs. Enjoy Eternal Bliss has four tracks, two lines of lyrics and runs for 65 minutes. When I listen through it I always think "Wasn't there more? Is it already over?" I don't really know what to write, since it's really hard to make them justice in just simple words. They leave me with a feeling of happiness that I can't really describe. It's like... a very bright kind of happiness.

If there's one thing that Sweden can produce, it's post-rock. This is a band from Norrköping, and the music they make is truly amazing. It varies from darker and a bit more deeper, to happier and more playful. I can't count all the times I've just listened to them and felt all better about everything. They make me feel a bit like there's light in the darkness. I want to lay down in the grass, close my eyes and slowly fade into eternity.
This is one of my favourite bands of all time, sharing the top of the list with Knapsack, of course.
